Shipping & Delivery

We ship across the contiguous United States, and shipping is free on everything we sell within that area. Here's exactly what to expect — please read this before ordering.

How orders ship Most orders ship by ground carrier (UPS, USPS, or FedEx).

Processing and delivery time Most orders ship out within 1 to 5 business days and are delivered within 2 to 10 business days of the order being placed. These are estimates and can vary with the carrier and your destination.

Tracking We send a tracking email shortly after your order ships.

Signature on delivery Most orders ship with no signature required. Some shipments may require a signature; when one is required, the carrier will make up to three delivery attempts.

Where we ship Contiguous United States only. We are currently unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, or Puerto Rico.

A note on return shipping While shipping to you is free, you are responsible for return shipping costs unless a return is due to a product that arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Full details are on our Returns & Refunds page.
